METHOD:
Melt the butter with the cream, then set aside.
In a bain marie, melt the white chocolate.
Remove from heat and combine with the cream and butter mixture.
Add the walnuts, almonds and whiskey.
Mix well, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
Make into balls, coat in sugar, and serve.
